Refunds and Cancellations
How do I cancel an order once placed?
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, If the order is not shipped yet it can be cancelled. Please mail to email@example.com for assistance.

How will I be refunded?

The bags are packed in corrugated boxes and shipped by our reputed shipping partners.
Can I pick up the shipment from the premises of FoodPackSol directly?
Yes. Direct picking of order is available, in that case you need to write us on email@example.com and payment for the same has to be done at the time of pickup.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For items in stock the estimated shipping times are 3 to 10 business days. If the items are out of stock please call us to know the shipping dates. We always try our best to keep the inventory full.
Will I get refund in case of non-delivery?
We try our best to fulfill all orders. In case we are not able to fullfill your order due to unforeseen reasons, we will give you a full refund of the payment to your source of payment - credit card/ bank account. Please refer our Cancellations and Returns page.
Is octroi charges included in the price?
No. Octroi charges are additional and has to be borne by the customer. Only few regions in India fall under octroi and he we not have differential pricing for Octroi.
Are the products shipped outside India?
Yes, but shipping charges of those will be extra as actual.
